9:00 AM Fifth Grade Recognition Ceremony
All 5th grade students, parents and guests will gather in the grass area between the kindergarten circle and Huntington Middle School. Reception immediately following the ceremony. All fifth grade students are dismissed after the ceremony and reception. Have a great summer!
8:45-9:45 Assembly for Grades 3rd & 4th- Playground
10:15-11:15 Assembly for Grades Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd- Playground
Parents are invited to join us on the playground for a fun interactive assembly performed by Hoopitup! Worldwide. This one hour fitness assembly will include interactive cardiovascular hoop workouts, age appropriate dance moves and music, messages of nutrition and self- esteem and important information for preserving the planet.
Hoops will be available for sale following the assemblies. You can check out the hoops at the Hoopitup! Website.
Adult hoops for grades 4th and up are $25.00 and kids hoops for grades 1st- 3rd are $20.00.
11:15-12:15 Reception to honor Linda Milano's career in education!
Parents are invited to join staff in the Little Theatre to say thank you to Linda Milano for her 13 years of caring and dedication to our children at Valentine and over 30 years of teaching! We will miss Linda greatly.
